Ferry Health launches out of stealth with $9M to book your doctor's appointments
Your move: Offered through health systems and insurers, not a consumer app you sign up for directly

Ferry Health launched out of stealth on September 16, 2026, with $9 million in seed funding co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures. Its AI agent calls clinics, checks that your insurance is active, confirms a specialist actually fits what you need, and books the appointment on your behalf. It's already live across all 50 states through partnerships with health systems, health plans, and care navigation vendors, rather than being something you'd download yourself.
Why it matters
If your health plan or provider offers Ferry Health, it can take the phone-tag out of booking care. It's brand new out of stealth, so how well it actually works across different clinics and insurers is still unproven.
