Genspark moves Plus and Pro to a weekly free quota system

Your move: Unlimited chat and image perks are only guaranteed through Dec 31, 2026

Starting September 18, 2026, Genspark is giving Plus and Pro subscribers a weekly "Free Quota" for Standard-mode tasks across Super Agent, AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs, Deep Research, Fact Check, and SecondBrain, at no credit cost. This is the same quota system new members already get, and Pro's weekly balance is set at 10 times Plus's. The 7-day window starts with a member's first message and resets a week later. Subscriptions active before September 18 keep unlimited AI Chat and AI Image use, but only through December 31, 2026, after which those benefits revert to whatever the plan specifies at that point.

Why it matters

If you're on a Plus or Pro plan, your day-to-day quota mechanics just changed, though the practical limit likely won't bite unless you're a heavy user. Mark December 31, 2026 as the date to recheck your plan, since the unlimited chat and image perks you signed up for are only guaranteed until then.
