xAI showcases Grok Bot's enterprise tools with a 72-hour company-building demo

On September 17, 2026, the final day of its three-day Grok Bot Galaxy event in San Francisco, xAI closed out the event by putting Grok Bot's existing enterprise building blocks on display. The Voice Agent API (launched December 2025) and the Agent Tools API, which lets agents call into a company's own proprietary software (launched November 2025), aren't new, but xAI added a speech-to-speech pricing tier for the Voice Agent API at $0.08 per minute. The no-code Voice Agent Builder, in beta since July 2026, also moved to general availability. xAI demonstrated all three by having staff use Grok Bot to build a working company from scratch over 72 hours, including a procurement bot xAI said saved over $100,000 during the exercise.
