Cohere North 2 keeps agent memory across sessions
Your move: New agent harness, plus admin spending caps
On October 5, 2026, Cohere introduced North 2, the next version of its enterprise agent platform. Agents can keep context across sessions instead of starting from scratch, and a new agent harness runs multi-step work. Admins can set spending caps, rate limits, and per-user quotas.
Why it matters
This is the same kind of product as OpenClaw Enterprise: a platform a company uses to run agents for its teams, with controls on cost and on what those agents can do. North 2 is the release that adds memory which carries from one session to the next, plus org-wide spending caps.
