Devin Desktop improves composer drag-and-drop and remote SSH sessions
Your move: A workflow patch; see the Sep 16 entry for the actual security fix
Cognition released Devin Desktop version 3.10.27 on September 15, 2026. Dragging files from the Explorer onto the agent panel now re-adds them to the composer, and file editor selections sent to chat are added to the composer again too. Remote SSH sessions now reopen after a reload or relaunch without hitting "session locked" errors, and Devin Fusion activation now works even when Claude Fable 5.1 isn't the lead model.
Why it matters
These are workflow reliability fixes rather than anything urgent. If you use Devin Desktop with remote SSH workspaces or the composer's drag-and-drop, this smooths out some friction, but there's nothing here that requires updating immediately.
