Instinct can now make phone calls for you through a white-glove service
Your move: Early access only for now, wider rollout coming
On September 16, 2026, Instinct founder Noah Shinn introduced Instinct Concierge, a service that lets Instinct place phone calls for high-touch requests: booking a restaurant that doesn't take online reservations, getting on a dentist's cancellation list, or sorting out a cable bill. You ask for something like this over text, and Instinct handles the call. Shinn said the rollout is starting slowly with Instinct's early access group today, with wider access coming soon. TechCrunch reported the next day that rival Meta's Muse opened a similar outbound-calling beta to US businesses.
Why it matters
This pushes Instinct further from "AI that drafts things for you" toward "AI that gets real-world tasks done" on the phone, not just over text. It's early access only for now, so most users can't try it yet, but it's a sign of where Instinct, and personal agents generally, are headed for tasks a pure text-based agent can't handle alone.
